I'm a Physician Assistant turned Breast Health and Women's Wellness Coach who helps breast cancer survivors lose weight and reduce their risk of recurrence with simple, yet impactful, lifestyle changes.
As a Physician Assistant working in a breast specialist office since 2016, I've sat across women at every stage of their journey--those at high risk of breast cancer, those navigating treatment, and survivors determined to thrive.
And, I've heard these questions over and over again from breast cancer survivors:

"What can I do to reduce my risk of recurrence?"
