I'm a breast health and women's wellness coach who empowers busy women at high risk of breast cancer to decrease their risk with simple, yet impactful, lifestyle changes.
As a fellow busy woman at high risk of breast cancer, I help other high risk busy women decrease their risk of breast cancer without feeling confused, deprived, or overwhelmed.
I know what it's like to want to make the changes that can decrease your breast cancer risk but feel like you don't have the time or energy to make those changes. However, I firmly believe that together, we CAN make small, yet impactful, changes that help decrease our risk.
It doesn't have to be so hard.
