Hey, I'm Memorie!

I'm a Physician Assistant turned Breast Health and Women's Wellness Coach who helps busy women at high risk of breast cancer or a recurrence decrease their risk with simple, yet impactful, lifestyle changes.

As a Physician Assistant (PA) who has worked in a breast specialist office since 2016, I have worked with many women either at high risk of breast cancer, going through treatment for breast cancer, or with a history of breast cancer. Many of these women want to decrease their risk of breast cancer and many are also frustrated by how difficult it is for them to lose weight, especially after going through treatment and being on long-term estrogen-blocking medications.

Memorie is a breast health coach and women's wellness coach who helps women decrease their risk of breast cancer or a recurrence by taking control of their breast health, making simple lifestyle changes, and losing weight.

During my time as a PA, I've found myself just listing off ways these women can decrease their risk through lifestyle changes, including losing weight. However as a PA, I never have the time to thoroughly explain my recommendations or support these women in trying to adopt my recommendations. I've also noticed that the recommendations I’m giving are very general and not broken down into simple, easy changes that women can realistically make, given their busy schedules.

 

Therefore, I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner Coach and certified Wellness Coach so that I can really help women learn, incorporate, and sustain simple, do-able, impactful lifestyle changes that they can easily adopt in order to take control of their breast health, lose weight, and decrease their risk of breast cancer.

 

And, I can relate! I'm a busy, working mom at high of breast cancer. I often find myself too busy or exhausted to cook healthy meals and rely WAY too much on pizza, a quick pasta dish, or take-out. I also LOVE red wine and dark chocolate!

 

However, together, we can start making very simple changes to our nutrition, movement, mindset, exposure to toxins, sleep, and stress levels in order to lose weight and decrease our risk of breast cancer without feeling even more overwhelmed.
