I’m here to turn your anxiety about developing breast cancer into confidence about your breast health.

How I got here . . .

As a Physician Assistant (PA) who has worked in a breast specialist office for over 7 years, I have found myself just listing off ways women at high risk of breast cancer can decrease their risk. However as a PA, I never have the time to thoroughly explain my recommendations or support these women in trying to adopt my recommendations. I have also noticed that the recommendations I’m giving are very general and not broken down into simple, easy changes that women at high risk can realistically make, given their busy schedules.
 
Therefore, I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner Coach and certified Wellness Coach so that I can really help women learn, incorporate, and sustain simple, do-able, impactful lifestyle changes that they can easily adopt in order to decrease their breast cancer risk.
 
And, I can relate! I'm a busy, working mom at high of breast cancer. I often find myself too busy or exhausted to cook healthy meals and rely WAY too much on pizza, a quick pasta dish, or take-out. I also LOVE red wine and dark chocolate!
 
However, together, we can start making very simple changes to our nutrition, movement, mindset, exposure to toxins, sleep, and stress levels in order decrease our risk of breast cancer without feeling even more overwhelmed.
 
I'm DONE with feeling anxious about my breast health or guilty about choices I make that may contribute to my risk of breast cancer! I now know that I CAN make small but impactful changes that can help reduce my risk.

Superpower I wish I had: Teleportation! That way I would waste no time on commutes or travelling and could be lounging on the grass in front of the Eiffel Tower in an instant!

 

My go-to coffee-shop order: Oat milk latte (hot) with one stevia and cinnamon powder.

 

Dream travel destination: Ah so many! But, recently I have been dreaming about going on an African Safari!
What am I most proud of: Besides my two daughters, probably trying out for professional dance/ cheer teams for YEARS before I finally made the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders . . . and starting a health coaching business!

 

My guilty pleasures:  Naps (I LOVE naps), red wine, and dark chocolate--ok, really anything chocolate.
