How I got here . . .

As a Physician Assistant working in a breast specialist office since 2016, I've sat across women at every stage of their journey--those at high risk of breast cancer, those navigating treatment, and survivors determined to thrive.
And, I've heard these questions over and over again from breast cancer survivors:
"Why is it so hard to lose weight now?" and . . .
"What can I do to reduce my risk of recurrence?"
And here's the hard part: As a Physician Assistant, I rarely have the time to sit down and offer the personalized, step-by-step guidance these women truly need. That's why I became a Breast Health and Women's Wellness Coach--to fill that gap.
Now, I help breast cancer survivors take control of their weight, reduce their risk of recurrence, and make sustainable lifestyle changes without feeling deprived, frustrated, or overwhelmed.

Fun Stuff About Me!
Superpower I wish I had: Teleportation! That way I would waste no time on commutes or travelling and could be lounging on the grass in front of the Eiffel Tower in an instant!
My go-to coffee-shop order: Oat milk latte (hot) with one stevia and cinnamon powder.
Dream travel destination: Ah so many! But, recently I have been dreaming about going on an African Safari!
What am I most proud of: Besides my two daughters, probably trying out for professional dance/ cheer teams for YEARS before I finally made the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders . . . and starting a health coaching business!
My guilty pleasures: Naps (I LOVE naps), red wine, and dark chocolate--ok, really anything chocolate.
Favorite TV shows: The Office, Parks & Rec . . . really any comedy show!
